YEARBOOK PHOTOS
Submitting your photos to the yearbook just got easier! You can now upload them directly to the committee from the convenience of your home computer. Please be sure to read the instructions regarding image configurations first then go to the link provided to start your upload. Looking forward to seeing all of the students smiling faces!
★ JPG and TIF files only
★ High resolution files. If you are scanning photos, use 400 - 500 dpi
★ If you are using a digital camera, set it to the highest resolution/"FINE" setting. (On your camera, go to "menu", "image quality", then choose "fine".)
★ Camera/cell phones will not provide a quality image - do not send!
★ Maximum file size is 50MB
★ RGB file format only (no CMYK)
★ Do not alter the resolution of your image in a photo editing software program — Doing this may decrease the printed quality of images and then we can’t use them. We can crop your photo if needed.
Uploading is easy as 1..2..3.....6
1. Go to https://IMAGES.JOSTENS.COM/
2. Enter user id: 400001202 Password: photo
3. Choose files to be uploaded and be sure to check the box at the bottom for terms and conditions. Click “Upload Chosen Images”
4. Enter in your contact information in case we have a question regarding your photos.
5. Under “Image Information”
•Please input just one first and last name of a child in the pictures.
•Choose the grade of most of the children in the picture from the drop down menu.
•In order for the committee to sort the photos quickly and efficiently, please put in the “ Description” box the teachers name (in capitals) followed by the event (i.e. fun run, lunch room, recess, computer...)
6. Click “Save Image Details”
